Herman Kruckner III "Herm" of Medford Lakes, NJ, lived to be 97, passing away peacefully in hissleep on June 26, 2026. Herm was born on the family farm in Berlin, NJ, to the late HermanKruckner Jr. and Lillian (nee Beasley). He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Sylvia; daughtersLynne M. (Mark)Forsman and Dana L. Sheppard; grandchildren, Justin Sheppard (fiancé, TarynMarcus) and Carly (Matthew) Watts; great-granddaughter, Isla Watts; and many nieces andnephews. Herm was preceded in death by his siblings, Lillian, Dolly, Ray, Janet, and Margie.Herm attended Rutgers University, then went on to serve proudly in the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyeda 30-year career with Campbell Soup before moving into real estate brokerage as Kruckner RealEstate in Medford.A life defined by service, Herm was an active member of the Protestant Community Church,including serving as a board member and past president.
