Albert Joseph Brindle age 93, of Lawrenceville, NJ died peacefully surrounded by his loving family at The Meadows of Lawrence Nursing Home on October 5, 2026.He lived previously in Browns Mills, NJ for 45 years. Albert was born to parents Albert Brindle and Mary Agnes Keane on June 18, 1933 in Providence, RI and grew up in Newport, RI. His father emigrated from Manchester, England and his mother from County Mayo, Ireland. He served for 30 years in the U.S. Army and had to move his family many times for his career. He also served tours of duty overseas including Okinawa, where he met his future wife, followed by Vietnam, and Korea before retiring as a Sergeant Major. After retiring Albert started a second career with the State of NJ as a programmer for the State Police, retiring after 20 years. Albert was especially interested in military history and loved to tell stories about his time in the Army.…
