Charles J. Manley age 85 of Villas NJ passed away on Tuesday March 24 2026 at the Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional in Cape May Court House after a brief illness. Charles was born in Philadelphia PA and formerly had lived in the Roxborough and South West Philadelphia sections. He and his wife summered in the Villas from 1998 and moved to the Villas permanently in 2003. Charles earned a Bachelors Degree from St. Josephs University in Philadelphia PA. He served in the Air Force reserves for six years. Charles was a selfemployed Auto Parts Repairman and had worked in Sales for Getty Oil in Maryland. He enjoyed music playing chess and playing Tennis. He belonged to the Lower Twp Chess Club and the Cape May Tennis Club. Charles was married to Alice nee Gray Manley for 62 12 years.
