Born on May 28, 1943, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Charles was the son of the late Charles and Mildred Collett. He was a proud graduate of Haverford High School, Class of 1961, and went on to earn his degree from Penn State University. Charles honorably served his country in the United States Army, an experience he carried with pride throughout his life.Following his military service, he dedicated many years to public service as an employee of the New Jersey Department of Corrections, from which he retired. Charles was a devoted family man who cherished time spent with his loved ones. Robert “Bob” McKeefery Jr., of Sea Isle City, passed away peacefully at his home on May 13, 2026.Born in Philadelphia, Bob was the beloved son of Elizabeth and Robert McKeefery Sr. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Barbara Fourqurean McKeefery.Bob was the devoted father of Molly Ann McKeefery and Devon McKeefery, and a proud grandfather to Tanner and Xavier Moeller. He was a loving brother to seven sisters and many in-laws, “Uncle Bobby” to 15 nieces and nephews and 23 great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom brought him tremendous joy throughout his life.
