Robert "Bob" Uzdavines Sr.

Robert M. Uzdavines Sr. entered into eternal rest peacefully at his Bayonne residence on Friday February 13 2026 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania Bob later moved to Bayonne where he built a beautiful life with his wife Rita sharing 54 wonderful years of marriage and raising their family rooted in love and devotion. Bob was a valued employee of the Greyhound Bus Company in New York City serving as a terminal employee for 17 years before retiring in 1986. A devout parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church Bobs faith in God remained a constant and guiding presence throughout his life. He faithfully served for many years as a Eucharistic Minister and was also an active member of the Holy Name Society as well as a longtime member of the Mt. Carmel Lyceum.
