Age 73 of Elmira Heights NY was born July 31 1953 in Corning NY. She passed away peacefully on Monday August 17 2026 at her home surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her father Edward Webber mother Patricia J. Potter Wood sister Catherine Kemmer brother John Wood niece Amanda Kemmer nephew Jesse Kemmer great niece Jessica Smith. Survivors left to cherish her memory are daughter Christie Dyer son Carl Dyer siblings Steven Thomas Raymond Julie Kemmer Susan Timothy King Robert Suzanne Kemmer and Patti John Wakeman along with several nieces nephews great nieces great nephews and many friends. Her canine companions which she dearly loved also survive her "Zeus" and "Brizzo". Jackie as she was affectionately known retired from the NYS Department of Mental Health after many dedicated years of service and later from Family Services as well.
