Richard "Dick" Neal Lindsay, 71, of Corlear Drive, Willsboro, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, October 10, 2026, with the love of his life, Donna Lindsay, by his side.Born in Plattsburgh on July 23, 1955, Dick was the cherished son of Philip Ransom and Doris Lorraine (Blanchard) Lindsay. He spent his youth in Willsboro, building lifelong friendships and attending Willsboro High School.Following his school years, Dick briefly lent his talents to Lane Construction before receiving the phone call he had long anticipated, an invitation to join the Delaware and Hudson Railway (later becoming the Canadian Pacific Railway). This marked the beginning of a dedicated and distinguished career on the tracks that spanned more than 40 years until his well-earned retirement in 2015.The railroad brought Dick more than just a livelihood, it brought him the love of his life.
