Phyllis was a vibrant, kind-hearted soul who truly had the gift of gab and could light up any room she walked into. Educated at D’Youville University, she dedicated her career to serving and caring for others, working as a supervisor at St. Joseph’s Hospital and later bringing her welcoming smile to her work as a nursing home receptionist.
