Michael A. Harp 57 of Harp Road Canastota passed away unexpectedly on Sunday May 10 2026 at his home. Mike has lived in the Canastota area all of his life graduating from Chittenango High School in 1988. Mike was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting coon hunting fishing four wheeling and hiking on the property farming and spending time with his family. He loved his grandchildren and looked forward to seeing them grow up. Mike famously hated the cold but loved sledding with family and friends on the farm. He aspired to travel and had a trip to Colorado and Arizona planned for this summer. Mike also enjoyed going out to dinner with family and friends.
