Valentin was born in Aguadilla Puerto Rico on February 14th 1935 to the late Francisco Ruiz and Hermania Hernandez. He was the beloved husband to the late Carmen Hernandez and together they raised six children. Valentin is predeceased by his parents Francisco Ruiz and Hermania Hernandez his wife Carmen Hernandez his sister Titi Ruiz and his brother Junior Ruiz. He is survived by his children Ismael Maria Ruiz Carmen William Luciano George Elizabeth Ruiz Eric the late Beatrice Ruiz Edwin Minerva Ruiz and Awilda Frank Layz and a host of siblings grandchildren greatgrandchildren and greatgreatgrandchildren.
