Randall Dean Corsette 62 passed away peacefully on February 13 2026 of natural causes. He did not suffer and was surrounded by the quiet comfort of a life well lived. Randy was born on October 5 1963 and attended Paul V. Moore High School. He went on to graduate from Morrisville State College in 1992 earning an Associate in Applied Science degree in Natural Resources Conservation and achieving Deans List honorsan accomplishment he was proud of. At his core Randy was an outdoorsman. He found his greatest peace in the woods on the water riding fourwheelers and spending time at campplaces where he felt most at home. He was proud of where he came from and deeply cherished the memories of his childhood. Joan A. Burke 85 of West Monroe New York died Saturday February 14 2026 at home surrounded by her loving family and K9 companion Pinky. Joan was born October 9 1940 in Syracuse New York daughter of the late Clifford and Gertrude Baker Welch. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by sons Stephen Burke and Jeffrey Burke brother Clifford Welch sisters Janet Welch and Linda Welch. Mrs. Burke was a loving and caring mother. she was also a dedicated 42 year employee of the Syracuse Newspapers starting as a coffee runner working her way through the ranks retiring as the Circulation and Distribution Manager. Phylis I LaRock Eggleston 74 of Parish New York passed away at her home on Saturday February 14 2026 after a long battle with COPD. Phylis worked for many years at Pleasant Lawn Cemetery where she cared for the flowers and maintained the headstones with dedication and pride. She enjoyed growing her own flowers and tending to her flower beds her remarkable green thumb never went unnoticed. She also spent years caring for her father Rexford LaRock supporting him with love and patience through advanced Alzheimers disease. Gary Dean Nash 83 of Memphis NY passed away peacefully on February 14 2026 at Crouse Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Gary was born on September 17 1942 and grew up in Clay NY the son of the late Douglas and Dorothy Nash. Gary attended North Syracuse School District. After school Gary had a long career starting with Western Electric in 1964 ATT and Alcatel Lucent. Gary was dedicated to his career as a telecommunications technician. He was a constant presence at his children and grandchildren sporting events and activities. Gary was known for his love of Nascar racing hunting softball golf morning coffee club and walleye fishing on Oneida Lake.
