Born and raised in Narragansett Kevin was the son of the late Martin and Brenda Dailey. Growing up near the Rhode Island coast fostered a lifelong love of the water and some of his favorite places to visit were aquariums. Kevin was a man of determination who seemed to know from a young age what he wanted from life. When he set a goal for himself he worked hard until he accomplished it.
