Born and raised in Narragansett Kevin was the son of the late Martin and Brenda Dailey. Growing up near the Rhode Island coast fostered a lifelong love of the water and some of his favorite places to visit were aquariums. Kevin was a man of determination who seemed to know from a young age what he wanted from life. When he set a goal for himself he worked hard until he accomplished it. His life reflected that drive through two meaningful and accomplished careers. Kevin proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1984 to 1990.
