William was a devoted husband father and grandfather whose greatest joy was spending time with his family. From an early age William had a natural curiosity always looking at how things worked a passion that led him to a successful career in engineering. He was known for his sharp mind thoughtfulness steady presence and quiet dedication to both his work and family. He had a deep love for history enjoyed playing the guitar and was especially fond of the companionship of cats. William was predeceased by his beloved wife Jacky MarvinStutz who passed on December 23rd 2014. Together they built a life centered on family love and their shared memories. He is survived by his children daughter Kim OShaughnessy and her husband Jon along with their daughter Olivia daughter Melissa SinclairLewis and her children Kendrick and Sabreanna and son Christopher Confer and his wife Melissa along with their daughter Cameryn.…
