Rosemarie Raffa a CrotononHudson resident for many years died April 1 2026 at age 74 following a long illness. At the time of her death she was surrounded by her devoted family especially her husband wellknown architectural photographer Philip JensenCarter. A loving mother and grandmother she is also survived by her daughter Abbie Reba her partner Vinny Marrone and grandson Luca and her younger daughter Emily Charde her husband Apurv Charde and grandsons Rohan and Nirvan. Rosemarie daughter of the late Joseph and Mildred Olleia Raffa was born in The Bronx on August 14 1951. Following her familys move to Windmill Farm in Armonk she graduated from Byram Hills High School and then received her degree in Sociology from Boston University.
