Jack was born on February 20 1931 in Aurora Missouri to the late Albert Fulp and Helen Johnson Fulp. He spent part of his younger years in California before joining the United States Army where he proudly served his country for 30 years. Retiring with the rank of Sergeant Major Jack served with the Special Forces and was the recipient of both the Purple Heart and Bronze Star Medal.
