Carolyn Alice Raines Brown, born February 8, 1943, in Greenville, South Carolina, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her faithful, devoted and loving family at her home in Archdale, North Carolina, on Saturday, October 10, 2026.Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Furman and Myrtle Raines, and her siblings, Gary Raines, Edwin Raines, Larry Raines, Alma Rigdon, and Bobbi Gooch.She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Jerry R. Brown; her children, Tommy Goode and wife Margie, Sheila Blank and husband Jeffrey, and Elana Jones and husband Doug; her grandchildren, Chris, Elida (Jeff), Haylea, Jeremy (Sammy), Brittini (Andrew), Mackensie (Austin), Cole, and Dara; her great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Waylen, Logan and her two beloved fur babies, Tucker and Lucy and several nieces, nephews and cousins who she loved and cherished.
