Deborah “Debbie” Mitchem Gage, born February 12, 1952, in Gastonia, North Carolina, passed away Wednesday, April 1, leaving behind a legacy of love, determination, and unforgettable joy. She was the daughter of the late Daniel D. Mitchem, Sr., Florence Griffin Evans, and Albert Evans.Debbie is survived by her husband of 44 years, G. Allen Gage; her daughter, Chantel Summitt and husband Dwayne; her grandchildren, Cody Philbeck and Shelby White and husband Jonathan; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Leighton Jane White, Navina, Elvie, and Ronan Philbeck.
