Elby Ervin Dulaney 80 went to his heavenly home on July 1 2026. Born February 1 1946 in Fayetteville Cumberland County North Carolina. He was the son of the late John Irvin Dulaney and Delola Hickman Dulaney. Elby survived his sisters Celestial Delaney Sessoms Catherine Lee Delaney Spradling and Delores Ann Delaney Angelico and his brothers William August Delaney Floyd Buck Delaney and Baby Elby Ervin Delaney. After graduating from Massey Hill High School Fayetteville NC in 1964 Elby served in the United States Air Force 19641968 as a Security Police nuclear weapons and airplanes stationed mostly at Bitburg Air Base Germany Elby protected F102 Delta Dagger 525th Fighter Squadron and 36th Tactical Fighter Wing. September 1965 Elby was licensed to preach the gospel Eifel Bible Baptist Church Albach Germany.
