Annes life was defined by a deep devotion to learning and a genuine desire to encourage others. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from UNC Charlotte where she was a proud member of Delta Zeta and served as chapter president. She later earned a Master of Arts degree from West Virginia University followed by a second Master of Arts degree from Marshall University. She continued her studies at Marshall earning an Educational Specialist Ed.S. degree and ultimately a Doctor of Education Ed.D. degree. Throughout her career in education Anne served in many meaningful roles including teacher principal special education teacher gifted education teacher and consultant for the state department of education. Most recently she taught English as a second language a role that brought her deep fulfillment and allowed her to help students learn grow and communicate. Michael was born on March 1 1948 in Gaffney South Carolina to John Helam White Sr. and Ann Roberta Barnes White. He came from a large family of 7 children. John Jr. Bill Betty Mary Peggy Tom and finally Michael. He was the baby of the family. His birth certificate read Michael Whiteno middle name. He chose Lynn as his middle name. This small act signifies how he became a successful businessmanhe saw the need and fixed it with a whole lot of independence. Mildred "Puddin" Maxine Bost 77 passed away on Sunday October 4 2026 in Statesville North Carolina. Mildred was born on August 11 1949 in Iredell County North Carolina to the late Cecil Bost and Helen Lackey Bost. She received her formal education at Morningside School in Statesville North Carolina. Mildred was employed by Petco Sackner in Newton North Carolina for many years until her retirement. Mildred was a faithful member of Gethsemane Church in Newton North Carolina until relocating to Statesville in 2014. After moving she attended Marable Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church in Kannapolis North Carolina alongside her devoted cousins Sadie and Craven McCoy.
