Jenny Brown Aspbury 62 of Sugar Mountain NC passed away on July 29 2026. Jenny was born in Mecklenburg County NC on October 1. She was preceded in death by her father Lawrence Hal Brown and is survived by her mother and stepfather Linda and Charles Petty. Jenny graduated from East Mecklenburg High School and East Carolina University. She was kind generous and funloving. Her laughter was contagious and her service to her community was inspiring. She loved her orange tabby cats Sammie and Gracie pickleball and spending time with friends and family. In her younger years she enjoyed skiing at Sugar Mountain and water skiing at Lake Wylie.
