Charles Eugene Profit of China Grove NC passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family in the early morning of August 8 2026. Charles was born April 7 1947 in Isaban WV a son of the late Barney and Virgie Profit. Eugene grew up in the small community of Isaban where he learned the value of hard work. He worked for years as a heavy equipment mechanic in the surrounding area before retiring to China Grove NC to be near his family. Eugene was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone. His kindness to others was one of the most admirable things about him. Eugene gave his life to Jesus Christ as a young adult and loved serving the Lord. Annie Blanch Osborne Misenheimer passed away at Glenn A. Kiser Hospice House on August 03 2026 at the age of 94. She was born on September 11 1931 in Davie County to the late Charles Robert Osborne and Merley Safley Osborne. Blanch retired from Hoechst Celanese where she worked in the Spin Drawing Process. She was a member of Trading Ford Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband James Spencer Misenheimer son Coy Misenheimer Dootsie grandsons Darrell Misenheimer and Brent Misenheimer as well as numerous brothers and sisters. Marguerite Joan Doucette Young went to be with the Lord on August 5th 2026. She passed away peacefully after a short illness and was visited by a multitude of family and friends during a brief hospital stay. Marguerite was born in Reading MA July 7th 1937 the 6th of 8 children to Gertrude and Joseph Doucette. She lived in North Reading MA and Lawrence MA she met Robert Young from Lawrence MA whom she married in 1957. Their marriage lasted 67 years. After short stints in Duluth MN and Rome NY the couple settled in Vestal NY for a number of years before a final move to North Carolina. She was a former member of Coburn Memorial United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Julian Thomas Williams and nine brothers and sisters. The service will be held at 1100 am and will be conducted by Rev. Samuel Lewis. Burial will follow at the Rowan Memorial Park Cemetery.
