Martha Lynn Stokes, age 65, of Hamptonville, passed away on Saturday October 10, 2026 at her home.Martha was born on October 27, 1960 in Surry County to Cecile Sullivan and Nora Lou Cave Adams. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and had a strong love for the Lord and her family. Martha enjoyed mowing, working outside, horses, and family gatherings.She was preceded in death by her father Cecile Sullivan; father -in-law Paul Jonah Stokes; aunt Joyce Nance; and an uncle Tommy Cave.Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Paul Michael Stokes of the home; a son Michael Justin Stokes and wife Rita of Winston Salem; her mother Nora Lou Adams and husband William of State Road; mother in-law Ruth Longbottom of Yadkinville; a brother Samuel Barney Sullivan and wife Ruby of State Road; a step-brother Melvin Adams of Hamptonville; an aunt Sylvia Cave of…
