He was born in Akron OH on March 12 1951 he was the son of the late Donald Arver and Marjorie Mae Riggin Stevens. Jeff was an accomplished musician guitar player and singer and loved playing locally. He was a devoted husband to his wife Jayne of 53 years. And a loving father to his son and daughter and grandfather to his two grandsons. In addition to his wife Jayne he is survived by a son Joshua Lee Tara Stevens MechanicsburgOH daughter Jessica Lynn Christopher Smith Bloomingburg OH two grandsons Lennon Stevens and Rowan Smith.
