William Richard Mullis, 76, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on March 26, 2026.William was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 2, 1949 to the late George and Alma Mulls. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Judy Marcum; daughter, Bridget Sipe (Steve); and great granddaughter, Brooklyn Cornwell.He is survived by his daughter, April Mullis; grandchildren, Richie Spicer III (Casey Hinkle), William Gavin Spicer, Kristine Cornwell (Mitch), Tyler Sipe; and great grandchildren, Richie Spicer IV, Riley Spicer, and Olivia Cornwell.He was a life long resident of the east end of Cincinnati, a hard worker of many years at the Cincinnati Artistic Iron Works, but above all he was a family man.Friends and family are invited to gather at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home, on Wednesday, April 8th at 11:00AM for a funeral service.Interment to follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.

She was born on September 16, 1955, to the late Richard and Gloria (Beach) Kelly.She is survived by a son, Scott Lee Wilson; granddaughter, Leah Marie Bowman; great grandchild, Asher Hunter Coleman; two siblings: Patrick Kelly, and Billie Jo (Gary) Turner; cousin, Kelley Duncan; four nieces and nephews: Jonathan (Jennifer), Dylan, Cade, and Madison; beloved friends: Andra and Douglas Weaver; and two cats, her “Boys”: Henry and Ash.Theresa was a woman whose hands were rarely still, always busy creating something beautiful through her love of quilting, crocheting, and sewing. Whether it was a carefully stitched quilt or a handmade gift, she poured patience and care into every piece, leaving behind treasures that will be cherished for years to come.
