Donna L. Kacmar, 75, was born on January 18, 1951, in Wheeling and passed away on October 7, 2026.Donna grew up in Elm Grove outside of Wheeling, West Virginia, and was a proud graduate of West Virginia University.She retired from jewelry sales in 2019, a career that suited her well and reflected what she loved most—wearing and selling jewelry, and sharing that appreciation with others.Donna is survived by her spouse, Don Kacmar; her son, Travis Kacmar; and her brother, Mike Seachman. She will be remembered as a beloved mother to Travis Kacmar.Those who knew Donna will also remember her outgoing nature and the way she connected with people, leaving warmth and welcome in the places she went and among those she met.The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Parkway Memory Care and Amore Hospice in Henderson, NV, for their care and kindness.In lieu of flowers, please consider donating…
