Gerald was preceded in death by his parents Ruth and Reed Lear his sister Joan Lear and his first wife Mary Alice. He is survived by his beloved wife Dianne Pasela Lear and his stepchildren Mark Ostrowski Brenda Richard Pasela Maria Pasela Brooks Mark and Brian Pasela Tonette as well as many beloved stepgrandchildren. To know Jerry was to encounter a man whose kindness was consistent. He lovingly cared for his parents for many years as well as for his first wife Mary Alice. Jerry loved and lived his Catholic Faith. For 25 years he led a monthly mens faithsharing group at St. Angelas. He also served as a lector and an Extraordinary Minister. He will always be remembered as being kind loving generous and forgiving. Her legacy is one filled with laughter unconditional love and the strength of Christ. She was born on December 17th 1965 in Denver Colorado to mother Sandra and father William Edens.
