Patricia Gail Nafziger age 72 of Bryan Ohio passed away on Sunday March 29 2026 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Sprague West Virginia on July 3 1953 to the late Homer and Hilda Whaling Bailey. In 1985 Patricia proudly earned her Associates degree from Northwest State Community College. 1Patricia went to church at Dads Place. She loved music played guitar and sang professionally for several years. She enjoyed playing cards spending time outdoors and swimming. Patricia owned her own fly fishing business from 20002005 and loved making the flies. She treasured her time spent with family and friends. Frank L. Bartoe III age 74 of New Bavaria Ohio passed away surrounded by his family on Monday March 30 2026 at CHP Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. He was born in Toledo Ohio on August 15 1951 to the late Doris Wood and Frank L.Bartoe II. On May 18 1971 he married Tina Bolden who survives. Frank worked at Campbells Soup Company for over 38 years until his retirement in 2019. He enjoyed fishing gardening watching Gunsmoke and westerns on television playing pool and he loved to pull dandelions out of the yard. Frank loved to spend time with his grandkids and greatgrandkids and will be greatly missed by his family and many good friends. She was born in Defiance Ohio on August 31 1936 to the late Lester and Jeanetta Feeney Schlegel. In 1963 she married Denver Miller who passed away in 1969. On September 24 1974 she married Bernard V. Dockery who preceded her in death on August 7 2010. Barbara Ann attended Trinity United Methodist Church and most recently she was a member of Second Baptist Church. He was born in Defiance on January 29 1951 to the late Coit and Datey Shindler Black Sr. Coit graduated from Florida Central Academy and proudly earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Known for her warm smile full cookie tins and love of her family and friends Betty Jane Dirr Andrews completed her 101 year journey with grace on March 28 2026. Betty attributed her longevity to having a great family beginning with her parents Ruth and Robert Dirr. As their only child born on February 15 1925 Betty longed for the company of other children which led to her dad petitioning the school board to allow her to attend school early. She did and walked to a one room schoolhouse.
