She was a loving and caring mom Nina and friend with her favorite roll being Nina. She loved cutting up laughing and being silly. She never let anyone do without. She was a daddys girl through and through. She loved traveling and the ocean. They lived in Virginia Midway Island Hawaii and Florida during his 22year navy career. She is survived by her only son Charles Amanda McKinney of Vinton and her only granddaughter BFF shopping buddy and partner in crime Nevaeh McKinney. Charles Bill William Roberts Sr. 78 of Racine Ohio passed away at 215 pm on Saturday March 28 2026 in the Holzer Meigs Emergency Department. He was born on May 31 1947 in Montgomery West Virginia to the late Goldie Frances Hill and Richard Thomas Roberts. Bill is survived by his loving wife Marie Pickens Roberts whom he married on August 11 2007.
