Roger Lee Paugh 71 of Carey Ohio passed away at 535pm Sunday August 16 2026 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. Roger was born in Chillicothe Ohio to the late Jessie James and Hester Mae Archey Paugh. Roger married Andrea Eloise Avery on March 10 1986 and she preceded him in death on November 25 2021. Surviving Roger are a daughter Samantha Scott Eddington of Dunkirk Ohio and a stepson Russell Butch Roberts of Upper Sandusky Ohio a brother Richard Cindy Paugh of Findlay and two grandchildren Madison and Churche three great grandchildren Lulu Addy and Ryan. He was preceded in death by a daughter Christina Lynn Roberts and two sisters Joyce Marie Stinson and Sylvia McCartney. Roger was a retired laborer and bus driver for Fostoria City Schools. Mark Christopher Fornof entered everlasting life on August 16 2026. Mark was born August 23 1965 to Robert and Marilyn Fornof of rural Van Buren Ohio. Mark lived at home with his family and was educated at Blanchard Valley School. He spent his adult life as a resident at the Blanchard Valley Residential Center and later in a BVRSI community integrated group home. Mark worked at Blanchard Valley Industries and later at Kan Du Group where he eventually retired. Mark was involved with the day habilitation program of Kan Du Group until 2025. Mark lived a full and meaningful life and enjoyed sports and participating in the Special Olympics. He competed in basketball and track and won several trophies for bowling. His hobbies included a lifelong love of bicycles books swimming at the YMCA and shopping for his numerous collections. He was a fan of OSU and Cleveland Browns football.…

Born the 5th of October 1948 in Mount Pleasant PA to the late Chuck Betty Williams Seighman Donna grew up in Banning PA with her younger sister Bonnie Sue Scowary. Aside from a short time in Massachusetts with Frazier High School sweetheart Randy they later divorced he is deceased she remained in Fayette County until relocating in 2018 to live with and be cared for by her only child. Donna is survived by that daughter Randi Lee Laughlin soninlaw Chad Laughlin and four grandchildren Van Simone Moses and Solomon Stolick.
