Paul Edward Saunders 80 of Deshler Ohio passed away peacefully Saturday August 15 2026 with his family by his side at the Sunrise Senior Living of Findlay Ohio. Paul was born March 7 1946 in Gallipolis Ohio to the late Paul and Wilma Cox Saunders. Pauls father passed away shortly after he graduated and his mother eventually remarried John Kania. Paul was blessed with the union of the two families and created great relationships with his step father and step siblings. Paul was a 1965 graduate of Westwood High School. On June 25 1966 he married Sandra Budde Saunders at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Deshler and they have been blessed with over 60 years together. From 19661970 he proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. Upon being honorably discharged Paul went to work at the GM Foundry in Defiance for over 25 years. After retiring Paul kept himself busy…
