Thomas Eugene Woodruff 82 of Holmesville Ohio passed away on Monday May 11 2026 at Sycamore Run Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday May 15th at Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor Warren Outhwaite officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Township Cemetery Holmesville. Friends may call from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Thomas was born June 16 1943 in Millersburg Ohio and was the son of Carlos Tim and Jessie Lecky Woodruff. He was a Holmes County resident all his life. William Billy Lockard age 78 of Holmesville passed away Sunday May 10 2026 at the Holmes County Home. Billy was born December 17 1947 in Canton Ohio and was the son of the late Earl and Goldie Kline Lockard. Billy was a United States Army Veteran serving from 1967 to 1969. He was awarded the National Service Medal. He enjoyed fishing and gardening. Billy helped in the garden at the Holmes County Home. He is survived by his son Eric Lockard brothers Tom Lockard Sr. and David Lockard several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Billy was preceded in death by his son Aaron Lockard siblings Howard Rusty Dale and Bob Lockard and Judy Wright. Interment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery Seville Ohio with military rites conducted by the US Army Honor Guard. Service information will be updated…
