Shirley Kandel Raber age 82 of Winesburg Ohio passed away peacefully with family at her side on Sunday June 28 2026 under hospice care in St. Marys Georgia following a short illness. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday July 6th at New Leaf Church with Pastor Jeff Bargerstock officiating. Burial will take place at Longenecker Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the church. In lieu of flowers family suggests memorial contributions be made to New Leaf Church in Shirleys memory.
