She was born February 11th 1939 in Adena Ohio to John Henry and Helen Konkoleski Bednarski. She was a loving housewife and devoted motherdaughter. When the coal mines started to slow down she returned to Belmont College to earn her LPN license. She worked at The Carriage Inn of Cadiz for 30 years where she was well respected and loved by coworkers and residents alike. She also belonged to the Harrisville Volunteer Fire Department and Auxiliary as well as being an EMT. Mary was an avid reader loved to do crosswords play games and support the Cleveland Guardians and Notre Dame football team. She loved to take car rides with her husband with no destination in mind. Preceding Eileen in death were her husband Mehamet Mike Mallas whom she married on October 12 1946 and he died on September 7 2019 her son Michael O. Mallas 1989 daughter Sandra Daugherty 2005 brothers Howard Bud Donald Gump and sister Gladys Parrish. Eileen is survived by her children Linda Anthony DiNovo Lawrence Dorie Mallas Hazel late Mark Lowe Robby late Diana Mallas and James Mallas 12 grandchildren 20 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren. Paul attended and graduated from St. Stanislaus Grade School in 1962 graduated from Steubenville Catholic Central High School 1966 graduated Educational Institute of Pittsburgh in March 1968 with a degree in Design Engineering Drafting. Attended Kent State University in 1968. Worked at Jefferson County Engineering Department in 1969. He was drafted and enlisted in United States Navy Seabees in August 1969.
