Rick is survived by his wife Mary Jo Spanner Midei his son Jeremy Midei his daughterinlaw Arrin Niedenthal Midei and his beloved granddaughter Alexandra Midei. He is also survived by many special cousins on both the Midei and Camillozzi sides of his family as well as the Spanner family whom Rick lovingly embraced as his Rick treasured the life he built with his family. He and Mary Jo shared 57 years of marriage and a lifetime of memories including many wonderful trips. He also deeply valued the friendships he built and the time spent in the company of good friends. He especially cherished being with his granddaughter Alex who lovingly called him Nonno Rick was a longtime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tiltonsville where he sang in the church choir for many years.
