James "Jamie" Paxton Jr. 49 of Stockport passed away August 11 2026 at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland. He was born October 20 1976 in Marietta a son of the late James Paxton Sr. and Marjorie Young Paxton. He was a 1995 graduate of Morgan High School and worked at Miba Bearings for over 20 years. Jamie loved being a grandpa and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by two daughters Maggie Paxton of Lowell and Grace Bailey of Parkersburg a son Jarrett Paxton of Stockport two grandchildren Hunter Bailey and Saylor Weber three sisters Kim Griffith of Kimbolton Jennifer Phillips of Stockport and Betsy Miller of Waterford.
