Jason Richard Stulley, 43, of Ironton, Ohio passed 5:55 p.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2026.Jason was born March 15, 1983, in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of the late Richard Stulley and Berniece (Zimmerman) Kinzer, who survives.He is also survived by a sister, Amanda Stulley; three nieces and nephews, Bridget Moore, Adriana Moore, and Colin Moore; great nieces and nephews, Brixton Moore and Atticus Moore; two stepbrothers, Josh (Courtney) Mathews and Hunter Mathews; a stepsister, Amber Mathews; step nieces and nephews, Kaden Mathews and Karlee Mathews; three aunts, Patricia Schilling, Brenda (Jerry) Jones, and Diane (David) Eanes; and cousins, Chris Jones, Ashley Hawk, Jordan Perry, Christian Hawk, and Carson Hawk.He was preceded in death by his father; baby sister, Crystal Stulley; two cousins, Josh Dewitt and Paul Schilling; and grandparents, Clarence and Geneva Zimmerman.Jason was a car detailer at Ironton Automotive and a delivery driver for Giovanni’s Pizza.
