Sally was born on October 19 1948 in Shelby Ohio to the late Leo and Inez Frakes Price and was a proud 1966 graduate of Shelby High School. She worked at GAF Shelby Business Forms Inc. and later at Firestone before dedicating herself to being a stayathome mother and homemaker. Sally was a deeply supportive mother and grandmother who poured her heart into her familys interests. She loved following Cleveland Columbus and Tennessee sports and was a voracious reader who devoured any book she could get her hands on. She was a longtime member of St. Johns Lutheran Church and the Eastern Star.
