Rosella Mae Brown 82 of Chillicothe passed surrounded by her loving family at 617 a.m. Thursday February 12 2026 at the Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born January 9 1944 in Chillicothe to the late Sherman Kelson and Florence Sophia Davis Moats. On April 20 1962 she married Kenneth Ray Brown I who passed October 10 2013.
