Teresa Kay Hines age 65 of Cadiz Ohio passed away following a lengthy illness on Tuesday March 31 2026 at Union Hospital in Dover Ohio. The daughter of Albert Eldon and Mary Louise Bier Bland Teresa was born in Dennison Ohio on September 2 1960. Adevoted wife and mother Teresa enjoyed online shopping and going out to eat. She loved cooking and baking and spending time with her family. On September 23 2000 Teresa married James Hines who survives of the home.
