Jeff E. Bradford 64 of Manchester passed away Thursday July 2 2026 at his residence. He was born August 24 1961 in West Union stepson of Charles Bradford and son of Marilyn Lewis Tussey. He is survived by his loving wife Kelly McDaniel Bradford whom he married in 1988. In addition to his stepfather and mother he was preceded in death by his father Lee Edgington brothers Jimmy Joe Tussey and Leslie Tussey and his parentsinlaw Jr. and Janet McDaniel. Jeff dedicated many years of his life as a proud Union Construction Laborer with Local 265 in Cincinnati where he was known for his strong work ethic and willingness to lend a hand. Outside of work he found his greatest joy in spending time with his family whom he loved deeply. A devoted fan of Elvis Presley Jeff could often be found with his favorite music playing in the background…
