Earl Franklin Hall Jr. the son of Earl Franklin Sr. and Rosena Christina (Hemman) Hall, was born August 6, 1941, in Westville, Oklahoma, and he departed this life on October 5, 2026, in Springdale, Arkansas, at the age of 85 years and 2 months.His family moved often and Earl attended thirteen different schools. Being the new kid on the block with fiery red hair and sky-blue eyes, at times he struggled to fit in and make friends. This led to him ensuring that his own children had a different experience and were able to attend the same school their whole lives. This attributed to his gift of gab as an adult and how he never met a stranger.Earl and Bobbye had their first date Feb. 26th, and married April 2nd the same year of 1966.
