Charles Eugene Seely age 91 of Prineville passed away on September 29 2026 at the Oregon Veterans Home in The Dalles Oregon. He was born in 1935 in Blunt South Dakota. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He worked in construction managed the Texaco gas station in Prineville and played country music at the Eagles Elks Club and Veterans Club among other Central Oregon locations. He and his wife Jerlene operated an adult foster home and later were volunteer drivers for DHS. He is preceded in death by his mother Daisy Bell and father John brother Ed sister Mavis and his beloved wife Jerlene. They were married for 67 years. He is survived by his 4 children 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. A public memorial will not be held.
