Daniel A. Rose was born on February 11th, 1951 in Roseburg, Oregon. He moved to Sheridan, Oregon in his 20's and raised his family on the Rose Ranch, the family property that he loved and lived on for the rest of his life.Dan worked as a carpenter and heavy equipment operator for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his horses, family, working the family property, and reading every book ever written.He is survived by his beautiful wife of 33 years, Cherie Rose. His 5 children, Hilary Rose, Peter Rose, Jacob Rose, Joshua Tishmack, and Andrea Reid. His brother, Randy Rose. His sisters, Darlene Amos and Dolores Johnson.
