Donald Dusty R. Adkins 74 of Littlestown passed away peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday April 1 2026 at Weikerts Care Home. He was the loving husband of Marlene Y. DeGroft Adkins Littlestown together they shared 56 years of marriage. Born October 30 1951 in Gettysburg PA he was the son of the late Russell and Martha Wilson Adkins. Donald drove truck for Lehigh Cement Union Bridge MD and attended First Baptist Church Littlestown. A farm boy at heart he had a strong work ethic and had a great love for his family. In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughters Amy Hartley William Fairfield PA and Dana AdkinsPatterson James Littlestown PA sisters Doris Mikesell Hanover PA and Miriam Stoner Taneytown MD grandchildren James Patterson III Elleana AlAjmi Kathryn Dominguez Tim and Steven Hartley and great grandson Malachi Dominguez.
