He was born in Kittanning on Jan. 26 1946 the son of the late Raymond and Helen Jamieson and was a lifelong resident of the community. Benny formerly worked at his fathers gas station and at the Progressive Work Shop. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Kittanning. He enjoyed bowling hunting fishing and being outdoors. Benny had a big loving and generous heart and enjoyed being around family and friends. He leaves behind to forever cherish his memory his sister Eva Say of Ford City twin sisters Wanda and Nelda Jamieson of Kittanning and sister Caroline Jamieson of Kittanning and nephews Bradley Say of Chicago Ill. and Kenny Say of Peoria Arizona. Donald Frederick Kirkpatrick 91 of Ocala FL formerly of Kittanning Sunnyside went home to our Lord on August 2 2026 at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital.Born on April 18 1935 in Dayton PA he was the ninth of ten children of the late Arthur V. and Mamie E. Anderson Kirkpatrick.In 1956 Don married Lucinda Annie Livengood. They shared 65 years of marriage and raised two children the late Robert Kirkpatrick and Linda Kirkpatrick Trostle.In 1958 Don enlisted in the U.S. Army served in Korea following the war and was honorably discharged with the rank of Specialist Four. He then worked for West Penn Power later Allegheny Power and First Energy for 36 years retiring as the Meter ReadingAccounts Supervisor.
