Ronald “Ronnie” Metro Shymoniak, 77, of Hopewell Township, passed away peacefully at his home, Saturday, February 14, 2026, with his devoted wife and best friend, Cheryl DeMarco Shymoniak, by his side.Born on September 25, 1948, Ronnie was the cherished son of the late Steve and Martha Tomich Shymoniak. He was preceded in death by his nephew, Jeffrey Glomb; his in-laws, Patsy and Dorothy Biancucci DeMarco; his sister-in-law, Nancy Shymoniak; his lifelong friend, Jack “Otis” Keriotis; and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.He is survived by his siblings: Patricia Blackburn (Chris) Nassief; Richard (Vera) Shymoniak; Michael Shymoniak; and Dawn (Curt) McDowell. Meade, Maryland in 1986 and attended Anne Arundel Community College. She had a successful and varied career in sales including Macy’s, Molyneaux and Miracle Ear.
