David W. Brennan, 63, of Pottstown, passed away, Saturday, October 10th, at his residence.Dave was born in Pottstown, on February 8, 1963, a son of Jeanette (Montague) and William F. Brennan.He was the husband of Trish A. (Donovan) Brennan.He graduated from St. Pius X High School, Pottstown, in 1981 before attending the Culinary Institute of America in New York where he graduated in 1983.After working in multiple restaurants in multiple cities he settled down at DiLullo in Center City Philadelphia where he met Trish, his lovely wife of 37 years.David would go on to own and operate Chat-A-While Inn in Mt. Penn from 1998-2006.He returned to restaurant ownership in 2011, opening Panevino in downtown Reading. After 6 years of operation he transitioned his business from a sit down restaurant to a catering service where he was able to assist hundreds of patrons to have wonderful food at their events and…
