Penelope A. Wezel 87 of Ulster passed away peacefully at the Robert Packer Hospital on Sunday February 8 2025 with her loving husband Walter by her side. Walter and Penelope were married for sixtyeight years. Penelope had numerous hobbies. Among them she enjoyed growing plants caring for numerous animals sewing and especially making quilts.
