She could often be found under a giant sunhat enjoying the warmth of the summer sun on the front deck of her childhood home on the beach in Florida each winter or aft on her namesake boat the "Sea Jay Argh". Carolyns favorite time of year was Christmas. Multiple fully decorated trees and piles of presents filled each room.
