Dr. William E. Fulmer, PhD, 85, of Clarion, PA, passed away at home on August 19, 2026.He was born on February 3, 1941 in Franklin, PA to Wendell D. Fulmer and Lois Borland Fulmer. He lived a charmed childhood in the Third Ward and later on Elk St. where he made many lifelong friendships.He graduated from Franklin High School in 1959 where he played football and basketball. During high school and college he taught swimming and life saving techniques at the Franklin Pool and YMCA to dozens of young people. Even in later life he would encounter now senior citizens who would exclaim, “You’re Bill Fulmer! Born June 1 1962 in Clarion she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Ida Deloe Elder. Linda was a seasonal farm worker planting and picking produce for Zacherls Farm and Market for over 30 years and was a member of the YMCA. She loved farming flowers swimming playing Bingo and shopping and enjoyed going to cookouts and BBQs. Linda was very family oriented and loved spending time with her kids and grandkids.
